They could put these at end of runways but that would only slow it down some. And when put up these barricades are done with care to allow nose to go between and snag wings. Would be expensive to do every runway would require a lot of support keep from pulling out of ground.

Oh good grief chill out. Lots of weird things about this crash. No gear, flaps, or slats to be seen and then the thing just blew up like something out of GTA. Someone said it crashed into antennas or a lighting array at the end of the runway. But those are usually off-center and are built to collapse in such a scenario as to do little damage to an aircraft.
