Enlighten me, denizen of the bluffs.
She was convicted of a federal beef, correct?
No doubt in a federal setting, there would be aUSA' s involved, correct?
She had adequate counsel, did she not?
If there were names that she accumulated from 1994 - 2004 that were pertaining to influential people,, do you not think she would have directed counsel to use that information as leverage to get a better sentence?
Why did she not use that info as bargaining chip with the threat that if she went to jail, the names would be released?
There are questions, but in the end this like the Obama thing is nothing more than tabloid junk best reserved for the National Enquiror or the Star.

Wait. So your saying that Ghislane Maxwell never had any information pertinent to the Epstein case and that because of her professed innocence she was railroaded? Talk about being a poor poker player

If it turns out that she does have info, why was that not used as a bargaining chip in 2021?
I don't know about how you handle your clients, but I would have counseled mine that if he/she did have information that could be backed up, that I know about it in the case that I see a trial going south. Then I counsel my client to use it as leverage. I don't know of any prosecutor who would turn down frying bigger fish, especially in a Mann Act case that involved minors on top.....I suspect not even Marene Comey or Pomerantz or Rohrbach who handled this case. Now if she doesn't decide to use it....the info becomes useless overall after conviction and sentencing.

She has a federal beef, She went to trial in the SDNY. SDNY is overseen by the DOJ. Are you suggesting that DOJ and the US Attorney are two distinct entities when it comes to this? If you deal with one, you are dealing with the other. The USAO is the DOJ's representative in the field.
Oh, so the lawyer is saying it, so she may not be all that innocent....so she doesn't maintain her innocence? But, she has information about crimes that she did not committ?
If I'm an AG why would I talk to her? If I'm Maxwell and I maintain my innocence, or rather my attorney does, why am I talking to an AG or USA about crimes that I was not involved with? Are we to now go on a fishing expedition based solely on hearsay. Plus if I'm Maxwell and I believe I'm innocent, how would that effect my appeal going forward in that she may have been an outright accomplice, or an accomplice after the fact to violations of the Mann Act. Provided that I have grounds for appeal which thus far multiple federal judges have rejected.
If you can't answer .....or even know these things, I would suggest that you take a primer in federal criminal procedure....maybe go to a seminar.
