Spending is the issue. It always has been. Always will be.

Does this cut as much as I want? No, it doesnt.

You know why? Because there are constraints to what can be included in a reconciliation.

Once again, grandstanding are forsaking the good because it is not perfect.

Most intelligent thing posted on this board in the last month.

Unfortunately the grown men who post on this board do not have the brain power to understand it so they just scream like a fat white bitch on the streets of Minneapolis during an ICE raid.

We need to get votes to pass a bill that has good and bad in it, if not you will see a huge tax increase and a failing economy. Gripe all we want but you have to have a bill that passes. No tax bill passed will be devastating

I don't know how the Republicans think they can possibly win this battle. Elon has the power, money, and influence to absolutely get what he wants in this day in age.

To any Republican strategists who read this board: You cannot beat Elon Musk. You either get in line or your candidate is gonna be going back to a private practice or selling insurance or some shite.

Yes, he is.

This is the problem with a majority of one or two seats. Every GOP member thinks he can swing his dick and demand what he wants or else he will vote against the bill. THAT is the problem.

It also has to be considered in the environment in which the term was coined.
Indeed. Will Rogers first used the expression "trickle down" as a derisive referring to Hoover's policies during the Great Depression. In that context, it was a fair critique.
