This. I just want to get to this point so the really struggle can begin. I still think there are a lot of people in the middle, or the "Never Trumpers," or even Classical Liberals who don't get it.
It's going to take the Left getting comfortable to take much more obvious moves against good, well meaning people to make this all make sense.
Then, we'll either see some sort of change, or we can REALLY see that this country is long gone.
It's going to be painful, but most people are too comfortable now to take any needed action, the Left are going to have to move first.

Nothing is coming in the sense of the dumb Q stuff
But I do think the left/establishment is a little rattled by the capitol takeover and the Gamestop stuff
The regular folks are getting restless and are figuring out how to make some folks feel vulnerable

This. They were shown to be exposed. It upset their insular little ivory towers. They WERE afraid, now they are angry that the peasants had the audacity to upset them. They will present a bill for those actions.

Does the GOP really have a "Q" problem? Specifically one of actual influence as opposed to whatever the DNC propaganda ministry is pushing out there? It's not like France's National Front, where Marine Le Pen has to deal with holocaust denying old guard of her father's generation. The Progs love to talk about Qanon folks, but that is really to condition their base to believe their neighbors are untermensch. Since we don't have the complicated, convulated, centuries old enmity of places like the Balkans, they need to expedite turning their base into Serbian paramilitaries or Hutu militia.
If anything, the Dems have a bigger albatross around their neck with the whole hearted embrasure of Critical Race Theory/neo-marxism. There are enough resources out there (e.g. James Lindsay's New Discourses) that expose the cult-like thinking of the wokeness. Using that as a base, one can easily pick apart woke "logic" and show folks how its not rooted in objective reality. One would think that a campaign that convinces independents that anyone who uses words like "white privilege" or "systemic racism" is a cultist would be excellent pushback and drive rational folks away from the left.
