Here's the short, short version.
A person or group of people believed to be part of Trump's administration began posting information regarding the DC swamp, their crimes and the plan to bring them to justice.
Several times the Q posts happened simultaneously with Trump tweets or Q would post followed directly by Trump tweeting about the same topic. Or, Trump would repeat lines from the Q drops in speeches. These were offered as proofs that Trump and Q were working together. It happened too many times to be reasoned away as coincidence.
Q refers to Q Level security clearance.
The media spent countless hours and $ to try and convince the world it was all a LARP.
This is enough to get you started, but it would take me a month to explain it all to you.

Almost 50 times, Q would post first and then DJT would tweet within 60 seconds. Q has indicated that this coordination was deliberate.
