What I love is the consistent use of calling Republicans 'STUPID' in these threads. This comming form the dude that said: "Crimea is an island" "...took it without instance' Now, I am NOT calling IB stupid. I have ZERO problem with his having an opinion that is different than my own. But, to make THOSE comments and call others names is akin to the innerweb standard of "your an idiot"

You're really Charles Krauthammer aren't you? Come on, fess up. Even if you aren't, I do like the way you put things.

Hey Russian are you capable of arguing the point? are you going to argue the topic? do you agree with the republican strategy to criticize Obama's attire?

Be honest--I said Crimea is basically an island and it is. The land link is very thin.

BUT it is a good criticism of the underlying argument among the simple minded. If Crimea is a peninsula we should have one approach---an island another.

Give it a rest.

Yes, are you?

I don't think you are.

The "topic" is why does Obama feel the need to stage a photo-op in the middle of the worst international crisis in Europe since the Cold War ended?

Answer: Because his entire presidency is built on a philosophy of "form over substance." He has no substance to offer in resolving the crisis, so he has to APPEAR that he is working hard doing something.

I'll use your words back at you.....if you don't understand the above is the real topic then you're STUPID.

Nope the topic is about creating petty issues and opportunities for democrats to paint republicans as petty.

There is absolutely no question Obama is an empty suit but today's New York Post is "republicans whine about Obama's attire" in the minds of most readers.

Why do they shoot themselves in the foot so often? Should have let it lie. Let the press be the critics of his wardrobe.

The even larger topic is will somebody coordinate the republican message and recognize these landmines in the future??

Should we capitalize "stupid" when describing the republican establishment that ran the Romney campaign???

Are you going to discuss the topic of this thread or not? Why do you keep trying to divert attention away from the topic? (Am I doing it right?)

Well the topic is republican leadership and the lack thereof.

It seems you agree with whoever it is directing the republican message and you think we should make issues out of petty things and we should scream about conflicts we have little or no chance of influencing to the benefit of the US.

I got it.

I don't think anyone will care. Thousands of people took to twitter making fun of his attire once the picture was released.

It was comical that he wore denim and rolled his sleeves up in what appeared to be an effort to look tough. It was pathetic and I really don't care if he receives ridicule, and nobody else does either.

He opened his own door for this with the photo OP. I do agree that it's gone overboard.

Even Fox's coverage of the ACA isn't coverage at all, it's just Dem bashing.
