What makes these 17 people in Florida so fricking special when over 6,000 people are killed by handguns every year?

Nothing. What are you doing to lower the number of people killed by handguns every year?

Not killing anyone, especially after I managed to lose all of my guns while fishing on Lake Tuscaloosa.

and all those numbers pail in comparison to killing babies:

Babies murdered today:
1,342.2

US since 1973: Roe vs Wade
60,225,695.2

By Planned Parenthood since 1970
8,034,812.4

By Planned Parenthood this year
58,568.6

US this Year after
16 weeks gestation
7,474

Black babies since '73 in US
18,067,710

But the left is your friend, they're here to protect you, it takes a village, and all the other drivel they come up with.

You were someone killing the thousands of people killed by handguns each year?

That's a bigger problem than OP's gun fetish, tbh.

Stick to going after mean looking rifles. You aren't getting handguns.

(Or mean looking rifles. Without a constitutional amendment. Good luck!)

Not being a POS gun-control advocate is a good start. The type of poverty pimping you and your ilk do is responsible for the overwhelming majority of firearms-related homicides.

Through legislation. Isn't happening. Eventually the Supreme Court will issue a final determining decision. Gorsuch!!! Sorry snowflake. Gun control isn't happening.

That is not even close to an accurate number for Las Vegas. There were 59 people killed. The higher number is for killed and wounded.

Me personally? Nothing. But if we want to have a debate about how to save innocent lives from gun violence the conversation should start with handguns. But that isn’t the lefts motivation, that’s the point.

wounded 489.

Does this include any type of wound, such as being knocked down by a panicked crowd in the chaos

It’s pointless. This guy could have killed a ton of people with a bolt action rifle from his vantage point. Banning ARs won’t stop mass shootings. It might change how mass shootings are planned and executed.

With a bolt action rifle he might have killed 20-25 people. With an AR he killed 58. Given the small number of mass shootings this argument is ridiculously unimportant if your motivation is to reduce the number of innocent lives.

In addition, it draws more attention to shootings involving ARs which I think makes for more copycat shootings

With the 50lbs of Tannerite in his trunk he may have killed 100 if ARs were not available

With an AR he still couldn’t match the death toll of the truck driver in gun free France
