Are we talking about true refugees or just illegals that have learned how to work past our immigration guidelines? If they are indeed refugees and intend to stay, should we then enroll them into a specific citizenship program that requires an investment in some sort of Peace Corps, Military, or other monitored program that also requires a vow of loyalty to this nation, a pledge of allegiance?
I get there are refugees, I just don't think that they necessarily get to stay here for an unlimited amount of time without a specific commitment.
