I want them released and everyone who committed any crimes punished to the fullest extent of the law. Problem is I am tired about hearing aboput all this crap. The dems now say release it all when they know it won't be...if they truly wanted them released and think they are damaging to Trump they would have been under Biden...any idiot would realize this.

why does MAGA world suddenly not want the Epstein files released?

This is a lie. You called complete release a “stunt” and then ask why maga doesn’t want a release? You dumb frick.

Common sense and evidence. Bill Barr (no fan of Trump) confirmed. The dem released email trying to smear Trump redacted the victim. The very same victim that said Trump never did anything wrong….her attorneys said Trump was the only one willing to help.

Stop being an ignorant useful idiot.

If trump isn’t harmed by anything then why isn’t he still pushing for the release of info like he said he wanted when he ran for president?

There was a vote yesterday to release everything. Trump didn’t oppose it. House Dems did.

I’m more interested in the congressional slush fund that’s being used to settle sexual harassment claims. These women had a press conference a couple of months ago saying they would name names that were involved with Epstein. Never heard a peep from them since. Why won’t they name Trump? Surely, the democrats can pay them like they did the Kavanaugh witness and the January 6 witnesses. It’s because the democrats know the victims will name names on both sides. It’s interesting Hillary Clinton has not said a word yesterday about these emails or wanting everything released. She comments about everything Trump.

Complete transparency is a stunt? You far left wackos are demented.

Rep. Steve Womack is a "far left wacko"? He shot down the stunt.

quote:

shot down by Rep. Steve Womack (R-Ark.), the senior Republican in charge of the House floor at the time, who claimed “it is not a proper inquiry” since it must be “cleared by the bipartisan floor and committee leaderships.” Once Burchett spoke on the floor to request unanimous consent, Womack ruled his request out of order,

quote:

Womack replied: “Under guidelines consistently issued by successive Speakers, as recorded in section 956 of the House Rules and Manual, the Chair is constrained not to entertain the request unless it has been cleared by the bipartisan floor and committee leadership.”

Womack later went on to say that it is “not a proper parliamentary inquiry to ask the chair to indicate which side of the aisle has failed under the Speaker’s guidelines to clear a unanimous-consent request.”

Instead of spewing insults you might want to do a tiny bit of research, otherwise you look foolish.

You might want to see the pic and videos of children being abused but reasonable people understand that there should be some oversight to protect the victims.

No, I don't feel protecting anyone, victims or otherwise. is a top priority right now. I just want all of this out in the open so we can get each and every one of these people who had anything to do with this off the streets permanently, so there won't be any more victims.

Now how about answering the real question? Trump campaigned on releasing the Epstein files. He, his followers, and the right wing echo chamber talked about it constantly.

Do a google search with the time frame limited to *before* the election. You don't get many real hits at all. Here's one from The Hill:

LINK

quote:

Former President Trump in a new interview said he would have “no problem” releasing more files around Jeffrey Epstein if he is elected.

Trump was asked about it in an interview, and gave this tepid reply. That's a long, long way from "campaigned on it" and "talked about it constantly".

Try again, with something credible.
