According to your thinking virtually every military and intelligence official for the past 10 years, or however long the Signal App has been out, is guilty.

Pretty sure a lot of folks around here were up in arms about certain EMAILS being scrubbed from a certain personal server.... I think there's plenty of folks who care about this, they just aren't people you know

Weird how the people who are up in arms about this Signal crap didn’t give a shite about Hillary’s emails.

Almost as if politics is tribal theater meant to keep people from getting ideas about organizing against the politicians leash holders

Edit: congrats for becoming self aware and learning about hypocrisy

What’s your personal experience dealing with and talking to the Secretary of Defense and VP?

I have talked to neither, but I do have specific knowledge of the expectations for secure communication and know for sure that Signal threads on cell phones are not approved methods of communicating sensitive information. There was also no immediate need to share this information via signal.

You Sir, have been nowhere near the military. Classified communication is done over secure hard wired phone lines or secured networks. High levels discussions about military missions are discussed in a SCIF and no cell phones are allowed in a SCIF.

I’m sure this is in a manual somewhere.

This shows that you're ignorant. Most of us on the right pissed off about Hegseth, were probably more pissed about Clinton. The difference is that we're intellectually consistent. I believe Clinton should be in jail because she committed a crime. I think Hegseth (and maybe Waltz too) needs to fall on the sword and resign because he committed a huge mistake. Hers was intentional & classified. His was laziness/stupidity & at best a violation of protocol. The administration doesn't need distractions like this now. If he isn't good enough to be on the team, then he needs his walking papers.

Nah I’m not pissed at Hegseth. He’s the best SecDef we’ve had in recent memory.

So the president’s cabinet can’t talk to each other in real time about an operation directed by the POTUS?

Thats not your decision. Your not qualified to make that decision and the person who is said all is good!

The shite bag reporter's number was under someone elses name in the directory. THAT is what needs to be figured out.

Why are you able to select a reporter on there anyway?

Is it nefarious? Or did some 50 something with limited knowledge of his new phone put in two numbers under one contact? My bet the latter and its just incompetence all the way down

You should be. This was an unforced error. The administration had the left on their heels, literally turning on one another. This gives those losers a chance to regroup and collectively attack Trump. Even the MSM was starting to report that Democrat Party support was at or near their all-time lows. It's like being up 7 with five seconds left, fouling the shooter beyond the arc & he makes it. There's the chance for a four-point possession, meaning they only need one more steal & shot to tie. Had you not fouled them & they made it, they still need two more possessions. In other words, virtually impossible for a comeback.

It's not that hard to understand. If the need to know the information was that critical then they would have all been in the Situation Room and with the President and most likely with the Joint Chiefs and the National Security Adviser. They can talk, but by secure communication about an operation that is being planned and then executed.
