If you are investigating, don’t call it an impeachment inquiry. The whole point of impeachment is bringing a case before the Senate and prosecuting it. If there’s still an investigation, there is no case.

They are inquiring about whether or not there is evidence of conduct that rises to the level of impeachable.
It's analagous to Durhams criminal inquiry where he is investigating and collecting information to present to a grand jury.

Except every other word said since the WB complaint hit the desk has been "impeachment". Even if not "official" impeachment proceedings.....impeachment impeachment impeachment.
