This almost never works unless they are bat shite crazy and the doctors/pharma are really responsible for the murders due to bad treatment or drugs.

We had 10-2 verdicts in LA until idiots voters passed an amendment requiring 12-0. Now we’re lucky to see any jury convictions. It only takes one bleeding heart to let a murderer or child molester or drug dealer to cause a hung jury. You might argue for 12-0 until your family member is a victim.
