Your opinion concerning him does not surprise me.

He had a very specific ethos that I largely agreed with and he's shifting into more of an anti-Left caricature than maintaining his previous principles he displayed for decades

He's even participating in oral arguments now more than he ever has

Thomas, who hadn't asked a question since Feb. 22, 2006, broke 10 years of near silence during a case, Voisine v. U.S., involving a federal law preventing people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence from owning firearms.

He ain't that guy anymore. His whole personality and demeanor on the court changed after the 2020 Election/Q/J6, like so many other people.

And I'm not saying he believes in all that foolishness, but his wife does, and she's been raked over the coals for it, and I'd wager that is why we've seen him change so much.

*ETA: to bring the point back to OP, I don't think that change has anything to do with gifts, same as I don't think Alito, KBJ, etc. are influenced by gifts, either.

Again, I’m not surprised by your opinion.

This morning, the polls have it to where 65% of America believe the country is heading in the wrong direction.
So how did we get there, how was it possible?

Well, this very instance is an EXCELLENT example of how it was done.

The end of the court session is now upon us and a new thing added to the venue is the Supreme Court Justices' disclosure reports, first time ever.
But, "Houston we have a problem" moment popps up, the free Beyonce tickets/Illuminati connection. How do they explain it away so no one will notice?
Well, I am sure, as you can see now --- the Alito flag business. A distraction, which these people are so famous for. And this distraction was to help that gift of the tickets to slide into homeplate without any sort of dissent, not even one person batting an eyelash, in opposition.
An issue so small, that will become a huge problem in the future.

That is how our country now has 65% seeing we are in the wrong direction.

If enough people go after most people's wives, they'll eventually have a non-rational reaction. It's very relevant when discussing demeanor/philosophical change.

Is it proof? No.

Relevant? Certainly

2020 Election/Q/J6
You actually think 81 million actual citizens actually voted "Biden" in 2020.

I believe he got a very high % of that number in valid (for 2020, at least) votes, yes.

Trump's unpopularity + relaxed voting laws make it pretty clear.

Just look at places where cheating for Trump was a waste of resources, like California. Biden got 11.1M votes in 2020

DEM candidate votes in CA Presidential election:

2020: 11.1M
2016: 8.8M
2012: 7.8;M
2008: 8.3M

Look at places where it is well known to have occurred in the tens of thousands like Dane and Milwaukee Counties, in non-uniform curing like PA, or the unaudited Fulton Co VMTC. The Courts shirked their duties SFP ... badly.

FALSE.
The Courts ignored the law. They cowed away from their duty like Corporal Upham ... including SCOTUS.

I’m about as concerned with Thomas’ “personal biases” influencing his decisions as you are with Jackson and Sotomayor.

Meaning I’m not concerned.
