Honestly, what are you trying to win with this argument? Are you excited people lost money today?

I really don't get it.

Just like this board assumed everything that bush did for the recession was Obama's fault the moment he took office.

No we all knew that he contributed, but you cannot blame the previous admin after a year or 2. Once you have certain laws in place and regulations it is your baby.

Obama blamed bush for 8 years.

This was trumps baby the whole time due to his rhetoric on America first and his pro business policies.

Thanks to the historic TAX CUTS that I signed into law, your paychecks are going way UP, your taxes are going way DOWN, and America is once again OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

Well he pretty much claimed credit last week.

In fact, a president can only move the economy a bit, unless he or she starts a war or something akin to that.

Otherwise general market forces, the Federal Reserve and Congress have more to say.

Todays "correction" could be a mere flash in the pan and made up for in a week or two or it could presage a long term downward trend. My guess and $3 will get you on the subway.

Alot of his base touts his stock market success as proof that he's doing a great job. Look at all the posters last week who said he deserved all the credit for how the stock market's doing. Last Week Trump Fans Give All the Credit To Trump When the Stock Market Does Well

So, Trump has the single worst point loss in one day, as well as the biggest loss in a two day stretch.

MAGA!

So trump is doing a “bad job” because the market came off record highs?

This is a good thing, because this is a temporary dip. Now they're on record as saying Trump is responsible

It's called a balance. The market is still going to do well, and as Obama said when his dipped "it's a good time to buy".

No. He's doing a bad job because of the way he divides the country, not because of stock market performance.

Trump is not “dividing the country”

Half the country have the emotional maturity of 5 year olds and cannot accept not getting their way
