A fine that will most likely be less than the one Obama paid for the exact same thing.

Does every thought have to be its own individual thread when the board is in a temporary down spiral. Nothings going to come of this:

Love the instant downvotes...the lib trolls have been mostly in hiding.

To recap, Trump's Day from Hell consisted of his lawyer pleading for improper campaign finance and his one time campaign manager being found guilty of tax evasion from years ago.

Not true, try google. Here I did it for you:

LINK

quote:

Prior to amendment by the BCRA, the Justice Department rarely initiated criminal prosecutions under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971. Accordingly, most enforcement actions occurred under the Federal Election Commission's (FEC) civil authority to seek fines.

The BCRA increases the number of campaign finance violations that may be charged as felonies and boosts maximum penalties to two years of incarceration for even the least serious offenses and five years for more serious offenses. The BCRA's broad sweep offers criminal penalties to prosecutors for violations involving the making, receiving or reporting of any prohibited contribution, donation or expenditure. The BCRA sets the maximum penalty for aggregate violations exceeding $25,000 during a calendar year at five years of imprisonment. Campaign finance violations aggregating between $2,000 and $25,000 during a calendar year carry a maximum penalty of one year in jail. These penalties of imprisonment may also include significant fines.

Wait, are you claiming part of the 375k fine Obama paid was not because he failed to timely return donations that exceeded the allowable limits?

Is that your claim?

Apples and Oranges, there's no indication that Obama was even personally aware of these issues.

2nd, this doesn't show the campaign's intent to deceive anyone. It reads as bad book keeping.

can't speak for the rest of the commies but none of this excites me. its more crazy to me that so few on the right give a shite that so many of trump's associates are criminals.

you might be mistaking laughing at the spin-machine for excitement imo

Wrong finance case on Obama you ignorant, truth swisting Snowflake......

Obama had to pay the largest fine in Election Finance History..... it was approx. $300,000

Instead of Pro -Obama Google try an independent search engine or watch Fox News tonite.......

He was taped by Cohen discussing a financial arrangement regarding the Playboy model WEEKS BEFORE the election. So yeah, that's the proof.

What would "giving a shite" entail? Let's say, I want to do so. What should I be doing now that I'm not?

Is that the tape where trump says everything has to be on the up and up? How is that bad for trump?
