I've been using n95 and 8710 mask for years. They are meant to be reusable. Says so in the literature on the box they come in. I just gave 60 mask we had at my plant to a woman who is a nurse. She had no clue that you could basically use them multiple times.
Ignorance is no excuse for all of those running out of ppe's. Read the fricking labels!!!!!

I don't know - per capita, South Korea might be the most capable, powerful and wealthy "mid major" nation on Earth. They're like Boise State about 10, 12 years ago.
(ETA: Just checked - South Korea has a comparable GDP to Russia.
