American Airlines and other airlines, Boeing and the US military have all been some of the loudest and strongest proponents of DEI the past few years so naturally it's going to raise questions when we start seeing an uptick in aviation disasters and near disasters. Maybe it's just a coincidence this all happened during the DEI craze, maybe not, but it's at least worth discussing.

I'm old enough to remember when the ATC head had a zoom meeting that went public stating how they got too many whites and DEI actions were in full force to hire non whites.
