The special counsel said that Joe is too old and feeble to be charged for crimes, but at the same time he is still qualified to be president of the United States?
And the sad thing is people will support this idiot, just because he isn't trump.

The best thing is what they are accusing Trump of is the exact same thing that Biden did (although Trump was President and brings in Presidential priv and the right for him to have them).
If Biden isn't getting charged, Trump shouldn't get charged... If anything, Trump should only be charged with obstruction. Plain and simple.

From what I can gather they concluded he willfully disclosed aka he deliberately, intentionally, and with knowledge committed the disclosing of the info
While at the same time also saying he lacked the mental capacity capable of being culpable for his actions
