Cameras and security doors that can be closed remotely. Properly trained and armed teachers. You literally just have to make it harder to do. These guys don't want to face opposition, it's not part of their sick fantasy to get trapped in a hallway or get put down by some math teacher. Also, make it illegal to publish any personal information about these shooters

Of course they are higher odds but If we can keep non-citizens with Mal intent out of the country it is worth it.
