So do you.

You just won't admit it.

Unless you are good with pre-teens being armed to the teeth.

Lol, “ i don’t care”, says the guy 10 ish posts into the thread. Sure you don’t. But whatever, ill keep looking. Both for that conversation and your non emotional/bat&tackling contribution.

Also I never said it wasn’t possible. Just that it hasn’t happened and probably won’t. I’ll say it again, I’d love to see this board come to such a consensus, even if it’s not my first choice. If it works, it works. At the of the day that’s all reasonable people really want.

I don't. I don't believe in trampling our bill of rights over emotion and hysteria. I'll leave that to you.

Hysteria.

A Las Vegas concert. An Orlando nightclub. An elementary school in Newtown, Conn. A Texas church. And now a high school in Parkland, Fla.

Yup, a lot of hysteria there. I mean, just ignore the several hundred DEAD people. I mean your right to own a weapon that is designed to murder is certainly more important then their right to go home to their families at night.

The number of posts I've made in this thread is irrelevant to my apathy toward your ability to find or recognize specific information.

That's good. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Sure, and you were wrong. You're not any less wrong after repeating it.

Then act like it.

This is the emotion that he was talking about. You don't really make any points. You just pretend that anyone who doesn't see things your way doesn't care.

There are some who believe this kid shows all the signs, both physically and emotionally of FAS Fetal alcohol syndrome and that there will be many more to come. Teachers are in the front lines and should be trained to recognize it and help get these kids some help

You assert something exists multiple times but you won’t go the extra inch to copy and paste a link to something so readily available??

Seriously, who do you think you’re kidding? What kind of anonymous message board credibility do you think you have selling that bullshite?

I'm not sure which group you are referring to, but I've seen multiple gun control threads from "them"

Their argument has never changed.

I don't dig for links. Ever. Deal with it.

You made the assertion that there has never been reasonable discussion about gun violence on this forum. That's complete bullshite.

I don't feel the need to prove you wrong any more than the Sea Serpent dude. You don't get to make up random bullshite, then expect me to go out and prove you wrong. That's not how it works. That's never how it will work.

You don't have to like it, but that's how it is.

Now, you can either accept that and offer something useful, or you can continue to act like a child. I'm OK with either, but if you choose the latter, don't get pissy again when I treat you like one.

Care to take a guess at the odds of dying to a terrorist refugee?

I sure bet you want to ban the shite out of them though

suggest we start by not having emotional overreactions to statistically insignificant events. If we get to that point, maybe we can have reasonable discussion.

Translation: when MY kid gets their brains splattered onto the classroom wall we can have a reasonable discussion. Until then, carry on.
