If the American objective is "no nukes" in Iran, then that objective has been achieved (allegedly). No reason for further US involvement, unless Iran retaliates directly on the US.

Iran is much more diverse than Iraq, which only has 3 significant groups. The appearance of diversity in Iraq would only because there's such a large population of Sunnis there relative to Iran.

I am simply amazed people do not understand real time war plans change with the other sides plans and actions.
So, Israel hits strategic points on a map to knock out Iran's resistance so the USA can hit the, with bunker buster bombs, BUT Iran starts shooting missiles at CIVILIAN POPULATIONS, and you think once those Nuke Busters have hit their target Israel should just sit there like dummies and let Iran shoot at their CIVILIAN POPULATIONS in their cities?
