Yes. That’s the routine thing here. Someone post something outrageous and a quick google search blows it out the water, but it gets passed around and becomes gospel because it fits their narrative.

Seriously, it’s best to fact check yourself if you can. Too many here post stuff that’s blatantly false. Many post stuff that can’t be proven one way or another. Many post an opinion piece as fact.
This board isn’t a good place to find hard information.

Thxs, I see so much BS that I have become very wary of people spouting statistics, percentages, and saying it’s the best or worst ever.
I try and check the facts for myself.
And no I don’t buy what CNN of what the NYT says either. I check them too.
