4 weeks ago the turnstile cucks on here wanted him to sign the spending bill and declare a national emergency. When he agreed to a 3 week extension their coats were hung up and the tears flowed.

Today he is doing JUST THAT: signing the terrible spending bill and declaring a NE.

Today those same turnstile cucks are shedding tears that he is doing exactly what they wanted him to do 4 weeks ago.

You pussies are worse than the SoyBetas on the left. At least they are open and honest about being whiny bitches. shite, they wear it as a badge of honor! You slugs have no honor.

Yes this spending bill sucks; they all do. POTUS has to sign it, because the only other option is to veto, create another temporary shutdown while the Senate and House override his veto. The shitheads in Congress have exercised their constitutional power, and Trump has to respect it.

This is what makes our country the greatest nation in the history of the world: Separation Of Powers.

So do THAT. Make the "Republicans" go on record as supporting amnesty, a reduction in beds, etc.

I respectfully disagree. That would be an emotional decision that would not be good for our president. I think signing and moving forward is the right thing. This bill is only good for 7 months anyway. Live to fight another day.

Why do something that makes total sense? Instead he should get in a bitch fit with Jim Acosta so his base can be happy!

Are you just making up facts to fit your narrow viewpoint? I, personally, didn't oppose the national emergency, but i never wanted him to sign spending bills. These were created 100% by Democrats and GOPe. Why would i want more spending and more government power?

I am not opposed to this either. I think Trump is taking the path of supporting the GOPe, because he wants to keep a healthy relationship with them. It's a strategical move to maintain their support.

Really either option works, and both have their disadvantages. In the end the wall is up and that's what matters. Spending bills have always and will always be garbage, and the only solution to fix them is a line item veto.

Dude, the GOPe and democrats just fricked Trump on the fine print.

Trump wants the wall so much he just signed catch and release 2.0 and gave amnesty to human and child traffickers and local liberals veto power over the wall.

He should've vetoed the amnesty bill, demanded a clean CR and called a national emergency.

I will definitely vote for Trump again. I’m still on his team.

Because I am-I am so opposed to this bill. Not because I don’t think he has the authority, but because the point isn’t the wall. The point is keeping OUT people from the 3rd world who come here illegally with no iintention or desire to be American, or to participate in our country, but to suck it dry.

Fine. Build the wall. But now we’re walled in with a bunch of “children” who are in MS-13 and we can’t fricking arrest them or kick them out bc we can’t put “children” in cages.

I HATE this bill that’s now a law. But I dont Blame POTUS. I blame Richard Shelby.

The "turnstile cucks" on here would crumble from the pressure after being in Trump's shoes for just one day. No one could or would do better than what Trump is doing.

Simple yes or no here...

Did Trump not claim that he would not sign any bill without wall funding?

Is Trump signing a bill that has less funding than the original?

That doesn't work if you keep letting them frick you over at every turn.

Paul Ryan fought him for two years to stop the wall and left congress with a mission accomplished and Trump said nothing about his bullshite.

Oh and there's this bait and switch as well.

The mayoral veto power was not in the final bill from what Scalise stated. He said they tried to slip it in but was shut down.

Yes the bill sucks, but vetoing it won't stop it. All it will do is create tension with the GOPe, and I believe Trump is trying to avoid that. As someone else stated, this is a 7 month bill. These stupid rules are temporary, and they can be fought against in September once the walls are under construction.

LINE ITEM VETO

This is the only way to truly prevent these terrible spending bills

Uh no dude.

If he wants to make sure he has as good a chance to win this fight, he has to hold his party's feet to the fire and make them feel the heat from their base.

Daddy sometimes has to call out his shithead kids that won't do what he tells them to do.

Instead Trump just gave them cover and the ability to hide behind the perfect excuse of blaming the courts.

These RINO assholes are not to be trusted.

Once something is codified into law, it becomes nearly impossible to get rid of it short of there being universal support amongst the entire party.

And even then, there was universal support for getting rid of ObamaCare and it still failed.

That's the nature of government and politics.

TIME magazine is right for once...

Trump calling for NE is his way of admitting defeat with the spending bill. He sold his principles down the river IMO.
