That is the point of the system. The purpose of intervention is to funnel trillions of dollars into things that make east coast strivers money. Defense contractors get paid. NGOs to rebuild schools and disseminate LGBT propaganda get paid. Consultants get paid. Translators get paid. Vendors that sell office supplies to the embassies get paid. At this very moment there are people writing grant proposals to make sure we set aside a couple million dollars to ensure that some endangered spider outside of Tehran does not have its habitat destroyed.
We cause the destabilization and the tax dollars flow to the people claiming they can restabilize it and to all the others involved in the farcical attempt.
