I've had cheap labor that was skilled.
Skilled labor that was cheap in skills.
Skilled labor that was cheap in skills.

Nope its supply and demand, the skilled labor force is growing older. when the schools got rid of the shop classes they destroyed the next generation of skilled labor. You hardly see 20-40 year olds on any site working except for the Mexicans.

Then what's Ole Miss been paying for?

That is definitely true with respect to hookers. Don't go cheap. Save up and get a skilled one and then beat off to it multiple times afterward rather than getting cheap ones multiple times.

Hell, we went cheap with O, but are paying top dollar for our coordinators. Hope it works out.

What an insanely specific type of labor you chose to pick.

finding anyone willing to work physically is getting harder all the time.most work work sites I see these days involve Mexicans, and they do a good job.

This. This applies to everything. Clothes, cars, jobs, school, everything.

Some are skilled but overall they do a good job of looking busy. They have a lot of incentive to bust their arse, they are making at least 10X the money they would be making in their home country.

In 2017 America, half of the nation does not think it applies to anything, much less everything. They are more inclined to believe "I deserve what you pay for".
