Well, I'm no expert on RM or Gumpolitics, but I'd say getting removed from the Bama Supreme Court twice might be taken as a legit "anti-establishment" credential.

Moore isn’t anti-establishment. He’s Pro-Roy Moore.

He started hiding behind the anti-establishment banner because it’s a lazy way for him to cover up his own shortcomings.

Now you're just being petty and silly.

By definition, a guy that is disliked by ALL of the DC politicians on one side and most of the DC politicians on the other is "anti-establishment" whatever that really means.

I mean. Moore may play up to that reality.........but, it is STILL reality.

I guess if you had two boxes, one for establishment and one anti-establishment, then you’re correct, he’d have to be placed in anti-establishment.

My point was that blaming the establishment and waving the anti-establishment banner is his safety valve everytime something bad happens to him. In the end, he cares more about being the martyr than draining the swamp.

Moore would love to get elected and then be the first Senator since 1862 to get expelled.

Can you how that is a dumb standard?

Let's say Charles Manson got of prison and ran for office. And ALL the DC politicians denounced him and gave money to his opponent. Does that make Manson anti-establishment?

OR

Maybe it does, but being anti-establishment isn't always a good thing!

Not in the way it's framed today, but he's been bucking the governmental structure since his days as AD in Etowah County. Judges there HATED him because of his public criticism of them and their courts. Even when he was in law school, he was roundly despised by his professor and classmates, if you're to believe the ones that have spoken on it.

But yeah, he mostly does it for his own personal gain. I've tried to find info on his Circuit Court campaign in the early 80's. I saw a blip the other day that it was a contentious race and what led him to move to Texas.
