SIAP What will Congress do about voting as the number of Reps and Senators quarantine?

What is the Constitutional process here? I would imagine this is unprecedented (1918 Flu, Civil War?). What are the quorum rules?
Usually I would say the fed govt shut down would be a net positive. Here though, more than in a normal emergency situation, political advantages being abused incredibly (ie if more Republican Senators self quarantine, can the D Senators become the majority? Also, frighteningly, old alcoholic saggy tits is still third in line to lead this country).
Anyway, I got off track there, just interested in the procedural working of the Congress moving forward.

As long as the VA pharmacy keeps sending my medicines and UPS stays open to deliver them, I can go a month or so door dashing and strategically taking my adderall to limit meals.

I got the same with all my non scheduled. Klonopin is set to auto refill monthly and adderall has to be approved each month because it’s scheduled 2 but the VA doctors and pharmacy seem to be staying open and are encouraging telecommunication with doctors or messages on my health

Looks like the Dems have already taken advantage of the five Republican Senators in quarantine. 53-47 is now 48-47 and passage needs 60 votes. Bill will need a ton of Dems to crossover and they are taking advantage. You have to give it to them. Party over country every fricking time.
