This is so weird and a little creepy. I don’t practice criminal law. I don’t practice Con law either…but even a non Con law attorney like me knew to read the actual record before regurgitating a disaster of an article. So I at least have that over you.

It was the right call legally. If morons want to run with it to hurt him politically, ok. It just shows their lack of ability to understand simple legal documents. And they were going to attack him anyway. I mean he is “literally hitler” and a rapist according to the same people that will use this.

Maybe, but Trump winning this case is a bigger win politically. The general public will not look at the legal arguments in the case. They will just see the bottom line, did Trump win this case or not.

Again, legally, I agree with you but this argument is not going to play well with voters who don't pay attention like us - which unfortunately is the vast majority of voters.
Trump's appeal has 3 other points, no matter how technically correct he is here it should've been left out because it will hurt him in the general.
