This could be a banner year in Shreveport as it looks like they're about to break the record for the number of homicides (86, set in 1993) in a single year

Shreveport is refusing to let the advances in medical treatment since 1993 stop it from breaking the 1993 record

Get the champagne on ice, next homicide ties it

I wonder if the residents of Shreveport have considered electing democrats to fix the problem?

Willing to bet dollars to doughnuts that the majority of the dead are black people.

Yet there is no outrage by Democrats over it.

Jacob Frey won’t weep on his knees over it.

AOC won’t wear white and cover her tears over it.

Kamala won’t tweet about it.

The nba won’t start a public messaging campaign about it.

Kirk Herbstreit won’t sob on tv about it.

They won’t even think about it.

I don't know if there's been a white person killed in the city in 2021

What is the population of BR vs Shreveport?

Both are hellholes but the rate for Shreveport seems far worse than BR at a per capita level.

Sounds like we need criminal justice reform then. That will stop it.

But the young, black Harvard law and West Point grad was going to end crime. He spent the first year of his office campaigning to be a senator.

Ending cash bail will definitely solve the problem.

I think the murder rate for New Orleans is right up there with St Louis in leading the nation.

I think New Orleans passed 150 murders a few months ago.

Mostly drunk in the bars, I think they've covered up three DUI's already

Holidays are coming up. You would think they break 100 with a little luck and warm weather.

Shreveport residents would know how to
use firearms. Number would in 100s. City has about 4 shooting a day.
