Ok and if there is shite I buy from Mexico and the price goes up, I’ll just buy the cheaper shite from other countries
Let’s say I usually buy trash-bags that were made in Mexico and one day I go up to Kroger to buy the trash bags but they were $10 more - I would just buy a different and cheaper brand of trash bags.
It’s not fricking rocket science

Oh yea, I’m definitely sure you’ll buy all of your offseason produce (Do you like apples in April?!? How about lettuce in summer and winter?!?), transmissions, brakes, engines, half of the rest of your car parts, plastics, rubbers, all your aspirin, all your lipstick, half your computer parts, a large chunk of the machinery that actually manufactures all your shite, and so on and so on and so on somewhere else at a reasonable price.
Never mind that it takes years of capex to move supply chains. Never mind that it will be compoundingly more expensive to transport everything. Yea, I am sure you’ll find cheaper options.
Mexico exports damn near as much to us as China does, and it’s been rapidly growing. You ain’t talking about just trash bags, son. And they aren’t a global power trying to displace our position at the top.

You obviously have no fricking idea how trump does tariffs and your response shows it.

Nope, B-1s and B-52s followed up by Strike Eagles.

I am 100% certain that I have forgotten more about tariffs, supply chains, and trade than you have ever known in your life.
How many companies have you worked with that do business in Mexico? Zero point zero?

Al Qaeda was completely destroyed. No one can dispute that. The Taliban were out of power for 20 years. If we had left after beating them Afghanistan would have been seen as a success. We only lose when we stay in these shitholes. It would be the same with the Cartel.

Trump should sub the job of getting rid of the Cartels out to Israel. They seem to have the touch for real ‘shock and awe’ attacks.
