e.g., The women we're talking about can afford full-time nannies. As they often outearn their spouse, their spouses take on most or all domestic duties. In a couple of cases, kids were not in the equation at all. So in those instances, the equation is more attitudinal than requisite. Many simply find domestic gender role reversal unsatisfying.

Considering I still believe in the traditional roles of men and women apply, I believe men should pay for dates they ask women on. That being said, if I am set up on a blind date who turns out to be a feminist, and she insists on paying half, then I’ll let her pay her half as it’s no longer a date woman that I’m on, but a political meeting. It is also not a relationship I’m interested in pursuing in the slightest, because she doesn’t see me as a man as I am from birth, but a useful thing to have around to keep herself amused with.
