Do it anyway... and vote for Tulsi.
Then register back to Independent or Republican.

Update - I wound up (temporarily) registering as a Democrat in Oregon so that I can vote for CRAZY BERNIE SANDERS next month.
It will be the first and only time that I vote for an open socialist in my life.

I registered unaffiliated here in NC. I can choose the primary in which I want to vote.
I will be a Bernie Bro for a split second!

I’m seriously considering this in Louisiana.
A vote for Bernie to piss off the DNC/MSM Political Complex is almost worth switching from R to D and back again.

I may vote for Bern or somebody as an unaffiliated voter.
Be careful with a closed primary you may not be able to vote for Trump.
