Not sure what relevance there was but they mentioned he was anti-abortion - twice. So they had to get that out there. Plus the photo of him in a cowboy hat… OK. But how did anyone know he was the one with a hammer and wanted to “make it look like“ he had busted in his own car window? If everybody was asleep, where are they getting that information?

The suspect’s occasional roommate and long time friend says the alleged shooter was a Trump voter. Apparently, the suspect rented a room from his childhood friend a few days a week to lessen his commute and be closer to work.

Kinda defeats the purpose of disguising yourself as a cop, doesn’t it? I mean, why try and get the victims to let their guard down by looking like a LEO but also wearing a ghoulish mask and expecting someone to open their door in the middle of the night to that….

You miss the point but as far who opens the door at that hour? A state employee & elected official who wrongly assumed the uniform was legit. And reports were that he simply broke into one residence…
