If senate moves ahead with trial, does Trump legal team have right of discovery? Could get interesting peeling away layers of lies.

As for impeachment trial...I believe the initial step is to determine if it is even legal given Trump no longer in office. That will have to work its way through and I do not know the procedure. I assume (and I certainly could be wrong) it would go directly to the Supreme Court.

McConnell has to know that impeaching a president who is out of office is unconstitutional

I don't believe it. They are testing the waters trying to gauge the support for that warning.
They only care about their existence in the swamp and don't give a crap about us voters being scammed by the dems.

McConnell demonstrates he has no integrity (should go without saying) to leave his parties former leader and a President hanging like this. Disgraceful.

They better address it before 2022 or they’ll be out of a job. Got to get rid of universal mail in voting and ban dominion machines at a minimum
