I wonder if the liberals at Stanford and Yale realize that having black graduates of those schools show such amazing ignorance of fundamental legal questions absolutely screams "pushed thru cause she was black" to the entire world?
Liberals get mad and scream racism when people assume actual qualified blacks got there because of their skin color but it is absolutely liberal policy that causes such assumptions.

She may as well have said - IDGAF what state law says. I’ll do as I please. It is utterly inexcusable that she doesn’t know what the Erie Doctrine is.
