Trump never made the claim he never used an auto-pen. He did however say there are moments that you shouldn’t use the auto-pen.

So, you are pretending to not follow the context.
He's clearly quoting what Trump says, from the video. Which is why the subject is entirely in quotation marks.
There's no interpretation here, whatsoever. If only you'd deal in good faith.. but we all know that's not you.
