The water tower never made sense to me because the injuries in the crowd would have been different. Surely some out in front of Trump would have been hurt. Weren't the injuries all in the stands behind him?
The window would be a possibility, but still not on board with second shooter theory.

Yes, and the system is built around assuming their reliability, which is why good lawyers understand the issues and plan accordingly.

Shitting on eyewitness testimony is literally how I won my last jury trial
The problem is because the system is so (irrationally) built on a reliance on it, you can get in trouble bringing up the unreliability (up to mistrial and sanctions, IIRC). That's why you have to be smart about it.
There is even science behind it but they won't give it Daubert approval b/c the courts fear what would happen if you get to address the truth of the matter.
That's a fight for a different thread, though.

I'm not saying it's true but it's not like there is completely nothing there with regard to the question if there was another shooter.
There were witnesses interviewed right after that said shots were coming from different directions. Multiple attendees said it. There were a couple interviews with attendee witnesses that mentioned the guy on the roof and a guy "on the water tower."
The man that was killed was supposedly shot at a weird angle that was difficult to understand/explain based on side of the head where he was hit and his position he was found in when he fell in on the ground versus the shooter's position on the roof and the direction he was shooting from. This was all openly talked about within minutes and hours of the incident.
