I've really come to respect Dershowitz, he's still a lib but he seems pretty fair minded when dealing with constitutional law matters. He still believes it was legal when Comey let Hilldawg off hook and that she should be left alone, so he's still got some Dim bias in there.

The achilles heal for AD is his Harvard background and that he's been swimming in these waters for a long time - no doubt there are a few skeletons in his closet. So he has an interest in saying we should let these things go for the sake of the country. On that part I disagree with him. But his stance on civil liberties is his most consistent platform. He went HAM on the ACLU tonight.

This is the kind of thing that drove me away from Hannity - he cannot allow someone else to make a point without jumping in and beginning the recital of one of his long talking points. I'd be willing to bet he segued into tho old 'acid washed, beat with a hammer, conclusion before investigation, 33000 e-mails deleted, etc etc etc" right in the middle of Dershowitz's learned opinion.

He seems to have guests on that only agree with him in the first place, but then won't let them expand on his idea.

I used to watch when he was going to have people like Gingrich on, because I wanted to hear what Gingrich had to say about some issue. But usually what I got was another recitation of Hannity's canned 'deleted e-mail' recitation.
