Awesome news and yet judges like boasberg will continue to impede rule because our congress is full of traitors and the chief justice Roberts is as well.

What exactly is conservative about expanding the power of government in this way? In terms of conservative principles (remove the team identification)

We just litigated two examples of this executive overreach last administration and I did not see you coming to the defense of the legality of the student loan forgiveness or the vac mandate, arguing those actions were conservative in terms of principles.

I didn't believe that creative/expansive views of interpreting the laws of Congress was "conservative" in principle, and I maintain that today with other creative/expansive views of interpreting the laws of Congress

THIS MATTERS! How is this not being talked about more?

How does the POTUS’ authority over federal funding work though? Is it just veto power that has been granted over spending that relates to the executive?
