Demand an immediate and full apology to the court. If he denies, vote to expel him from the Senate and have him arrested.
The Republicans in the Senate need to make it very clear that this sort of behavior is unacceptable. Not just now, but in the future as well.
What Schumer did cannot stand. Period.
And continuing to shift the focus to John Roberts or make excuses for his behavior should compell the Senate, and/or the DoJ to enact the fullest extent of the law against this prick.
He's trying to start a fight here.
