This isn't an "offer" anyway. One year of "wall" funding that was never going to become two, three, and so on. Trump can trust Schumer no more than Schumer trusts Trump. This is more political theater that CNN will drool over all week to help dems save face after getting their shite pushed in by daddy earlier this week.

So he withdraws a small offer for the wall that Trump would never take . Sounds like he is trying to be tough now that he lost the first shut down .
