Crain is a more conservative choice and who I voted for, but the argument against the other guy because he has not been a judge doesn’t hold water. Justice Pascal Collegaro? Who the Supreme Court building is named after was not a judge before he won a place on the state Supreme Court.

God help us he is the worst Judge I've ever been before in the state. He makes Yada McGee look like a Oxford Scholar. If you are in the business community and you vote for this idiot then you prepare to get royally screwed with his legislating from the bench without even reading the trial record. Look at some of his recent rulings from the Ct of Appeals and read his very "deep" thought process of how he rules against businesses who have legit claims.

That is why the Edwards have him on that ballot.

They see businesses as targets.

You’ve been shite talking Crain for weeks without posting even a shred of anything to back it up.

You’re full of shite.

Funny because guess who Louisiana Association of Business and Industry endorsed?

First words out of your mouth in this thread tells me all I need to know. Argumentative know-it-all who wants to insult people who disagree with you (or don’t even necessarily disagree with you but ask legitimate questions). The rest of your posts just hammer the point home. Sorry, but I won’t be voting for your dad. Forgive me for assuming that’s the relationship, but you act like a child.

Sorry to insult your faux-conservative judge who’s heavily bankrolled by some of the most infamous personal injury attorneys in the state and has shite for experience yet somehow thinks he’s qualified for the highest judicial office in the state.

That tells me all I need to know about you.

Man read the guys legal decisions and you’ll see he is someone who doesn’t like small and medium sized businesses. One recent case that a lot of attorneys, professors, and business leaders are pissed about was his idiotic opinion which just legitimized political corruption which prevents Louisiana based businesses who have their Intellectual property stolen in Louisiana via a politically corrupted bid rigging scheme by large multinational companies from suing. Effectively gutted a company’s right to litigate which has created a terrible precedent for Louisiana businesses.

There are a ton of these types of idiotic decisions he has made on the ct of appeal.

So are we supposed to try to guess the case you cite? Partial case name??

And you may want to tell virtually every business advocacy group in the region about this because they all endorse Crain.
