John Kerry and Barack Obama gave billions of dollars to the number 1 terrorist country in the world and they acknowledged that some of these funds could be used against American soldiers, not to mention American allies.

They think Schiff should have personally briefed Trump on something that was in his PDB. Or something something.

That's not the issue. The issue is the intel gathered never moved up the chains because it couldn't be corroborated and it wasn't verified. That's why pence and trump were never briefed.
This article specifically points out it was a nothintburger that the Dems and media tried bringing into to life.
If it was as a big a deal as they are making it why didn't Schiff sound the alarm.

That's a valid argument. I was replying to the post indicating Schiff had a special duty to inform the higher ups in our government as if they didn't already have the same info.
