Considering that their highest seniority members are either in hard left districts or are minority-majority district holders, they have a tendency to get a LOT of high seniority members who are either cloistered into lefty areas, dumb as frick, or both.
Most of their chairs are fricking retards because most of their members who survived the purges of 1994 and 2010 were in safe lefty seats.
