Yes. Schiff held a 2013 campaign fundraiser in the home of a Ukrainian arms dealer. He also sent a staffer to the Ukraine to conduct clandestine foreign policy with Ukrainian officials in response to the WB complaint.

Why would the WB contact Adam shits staff on how to file a complaint and not contact Maguire staff? Think one would contact staff inside the department you work for on how to file.

Although I've argued that since the WB statute doesn't apply the WB is not a WB.
However, another angle now being reported on is that, because the WB did not follow the procedures for reporting the matter internally first, WB not entitled to WB status.

You know how I know it's not standard procedure to lawyer up first? Because they had Clapper on earlier talking about how this was the best WB complaint he had ever seen in 6 years as the DNI.
