It was both. They hacked the machines, but they could only do that to the point where the numbers would work.
What they needed to put it over the top "plausibly" was same day registration and mass mail in ballots. Otherwise the numbers wouldn't even come close to working.
Enter Covid. They were willing to kill as many people as necessary (and this effort is still ongoing) in order to wrestle control of the will of the people and remove Trump by any means necessary, as they said all along.
They won't get away with it.

31 states allow for someone other than the voter drop off the ballot. Two other states don't address it one way or the other.
Anyone who says Republicans don't use ballot havesters is flat out lying.
This sounds a lot like the sound and fury and noise from Republicans before the dud Azizona audit report was released.

It says it all that people like you think this behavior is reasonable and that elections can be decided this way.

My only Democrat friends won't even admit they voted for Biden. They're literally trying to tell me they voted for Trump even after they absolutely raged and sky screamed about OMB for 4.5 years.

My very few liberal family members, however, are all-in on the Biden train. They post relentlessly on social media about how much better America is now because of Biden... even in spite of record gas prices, astronomical inflation, massive cost of living increases, an utterly porous southern border, lower wages, an unprecedented nationwide crime spike, etc...
But I digress. My liberal friends and family won't watch 2000 Mules, no matter what. They either don't want to know the truth, or they know it but don't care because Donald Trump is a meanie poopoo head, so the people who helped steal the election "did their patriotic duty" (yes, one of my cousins said that verbatim, but he runs with Portland anqueefa and hyphenates his last name to include that of his wife, so his feelings mean less to me than the dirt on my work boots).

I have quite a few democrat friends. They're not the type of people to lie and say they voted for Trump, but they do generally feel like Biden is trash and they just don't want to talk about it because they're disturbed by what is going on. And I don't blame them. They're good people (my friends) and they've just been brainwashed. I've known it for a long time and I don't hold it against them. Some of the best people I know are anti Trump types.

Yeah, what I'm saying is that they're embarrassed. But for my people, I just don't hold it against them. They're good people. Just misguided. And right now they're being confronted with their worldview being proven wrong and they don't want to face it just yet. But they'll have to eventually and until then we all know where we stand and agree to just pin it for the time being.
Goes without saying that I wouldn't associate with people who held any of the left's more extreme views. My friends are more moderate than the party's trajectory. For sure. And there are a whole lot more like them. Those are the ones we need to reach.

Lol. It smells like a Michael Moore-esque type film. Who knows he may be onto something but from what I’m reading it’s all based on cell phone tracking and anonymous "whistleblowers". I haven’t seen it so will keep an open mind either way but I wouldn’t get worked up all over it just yet,
