I agree totally with your top 4 and don't think it matters which order you put them in. They were horrible people and did incredible damage to the American Brand. Johnson, Obama, and Biden were power hungry, corrupt megalomaniacs. Add racist to Obama's qualifications. Add delinquent dementia patient to Biden's list.

Jimmy Carter was a weak, incompetent fool and nothing more. He wasted four years of America's life. But he never failed to side with liberals, even to the end.

If Carter had died a few years after his term ended, he'd be remembered very differently. He benefitted from a very active, decades long effort to rehabilitate his legacy. If you weren't alive when he was president, it's easy to focus on the Habitat for Humanity stuff and forget what a feckless incompetent president he was, and how he took the side of virtually every totalitarian regime opposed to the US in the decades after he left office. He never missed an opportunity to shite on the U.S.
