San Francisco Democrats spent MILLIONS on $100K cabins for the homeless.

They are empty.

What is not empty are the pockets of the NGOs and politicians grifting off the homeless.

At some point these liberal cities need to buy some land outside the city, fence it up, add running water and herd the homeless up like cattle and drop them in. Give them seeds to plant food and let the hippies like 4cubbies provide food and necessities with money they get from private donations. Replace the salt lick with a methadone lick.
