You mean eliminate the massive fraud and go back to the moderate fraud case eve had in the past.

Michigan allows ballot harvesting by a family member, a person living in the same residence as the voter, or by an election clerk assistant.

There is no limit placed on the number of times an approved person may carry mailed ballots to the clerk on behalf of voters who elect to use a mailed ballot.

What I understand from the law itself is that harvested ballots must be returned to the clerk or to a clerk’s assistant.

So, even though ballot harvesting is legal in Michigan, it doesn’t appear as though dropping those harvested ballots into a ballot drop box is.

Read the law and see if you come away with the same understanding I did. I could be wrong for sure.

There is accountability. All of the election workers are registered / sworn in by the clerks and are required by law to display their credentials, which clearly this lady is doing. I bet that the people with the video could identify and verify the official in an hour if they wanted to.

Seriously, shut up.

I didn’t see anything in Michigan’s ballot harvesting law addressing that.

That’s an important detail I’d like clarified, too.

My main concern regarding the video is that the law says harvested ballots are to be brought to the clerk or a clerk’s assistant.

Assuming the person is delivering legally harvested ballots, it STILL seems like those ballots are being delivered to a location (ballot drop box) not approved by Michigan law.

Again, I could be wrong.
I’d like a more knowledgeable person’s interpretation of the law.
