Sam Harris is the DEFINITION of intellectual arrogance. He's never had a real job in his life. He's a guy who left school to "tour the world", then comes back, gets a PhD, and walks around like everyone else is stupid.
I have liked some stuff he's done, but he's without a doubt a "I'm smarter than you so I'm always right" type of guy. I'll listen to him, but he gets off on himself a bit too much for me sometimes.

Adams is serviceable for a few chuckles, and little else. He was lost, and unsure how to properly engage Harris's points. Of course, if you agree with him, it'd be easy to ignore all that and pretend he accomplished something.
